Wellness Seminars are intended for large groups of people and provide on-site wellness promotion. They are a great way to relay important health information to your employees, your sports team, your school class, etc.
POWER HOUR BOOT CAMPS
Power Hours are group workouts, and are a great way to bring a community together. They generally take place in a local park, and are run several times per week with special classes (e.g. Mums & Bubs) being available periodically.
Custom Fit was started back in 2009, and it has become an ever-adapting tool for people LIKE YOU who are, in some way, looking to improve their health. No one deserves to live in a physical or mental state that is less-than-incredible. I have discovered the key to successful wellness, and it has become my passion to share it with others. My approach is always natural and customized, with no two people ever receiving the same help or program. I’m also a mom and wife, and I enjoy playing several sports, exploring the outdoors, growing my own food, concocting my own recipes, listening to music, and dancing like no one is watching.
